Duesaro acceptable use
Use Duesaro fairly and safely.
This policy keeps the workspace useful for small businesses without unnecessary bureaucracy. It applies to every account, device, integration, upload, and user you permit to use Duesaro.
1. Keep records lawful and accurate
Only enter, send, upload, or process information you are entitled to use. Do not use Duesaro to misrepresent a business, create fraudulent invoices, conceal transaction information, harass someone, or avoid legal, tax, payment, or consumer-protection obligations.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of payment links, bank details, invoice terms, refunds, credit notes, opening balances, and customer communications. Duesaro does not validate that an invoice is legally or commercially correct.
2. Protect people and data
Do not upload malware, deceptive files, harmful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service to collect sensitive information unless you have a clear lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Never use another person’s sign-in link, passkey, or account without permission.
Keep your device protected and remove access when a team member or device should no longer use your account. Report suspected abuse or unauthorised access promptly.
3. Protect the service
Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass limits, interfere with security, overload Duesaro, automate access in a way that harms normal operation, or attempt to access another workspace. Do not resell or white-label access without written permission.
Do not misuse feedback, contact, or billing routes to send spam, threats, or repeated bad-faith requests. We may rate-limit or suspend activity needed to protect the service and its users.
4. What happens if this policy is breached
We may investigate, remove unsafe content where possible, suspend relevant functionality, limit access, cancel service, or report conduct where required by law. We will normally explain the action when it is safe and practical to do so, but may act without notice in a security or legal emergency.
