Duesaro terms of use

Clear terms for a practical workspace.

These terms cover access to Duesaro, its billing workspace, trials, and subscriptions. Duesaro is a Rathobixz Product. Please read them before starting a trial or using a paid plan.

1. The service and who may use it

Duesaro is an online workspace for small businesses and independent professionals to organise customers, invoices, payments, follow-up activity, and related records. It is intended for business or professional use, not for personal household use.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement, give accurate account information, and keep access methods such as email links or passkeys secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your workspace unless you promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

2. Your workspace and your records

You decide what information to enter, issue, send, or act on. You are responsible for checking invoice content, tax treatment, payment instructions, customer permissions, legal notices, and record-keeping requirements that apply to your business.

Duesaro helps organise information; it is not legal, accounting, tax, debt-collection, payment-processing, or financial advice. Generated invoices and statements should be reviewed before you share them.

3. Trial, billing, and renewal

A trial begins only after secure checkout has been completed and Revolut has verified the selected payment method. Before confirmation, the checkout page shows the plan, trial, payment frequency, and the first paid renewal. Completing checkout authorises recurring payments for the selected plan until you cancel.

Revolut stores and processes payment details. Duesaro does not store card or bank payment credentials. The payment recipient is identified during Revolut checkout. Plan prices, dates, and payment status shown by Revolut are the authoritative payment record.

4. Cancellation, failed payments, and discounts

You can cancel future renewal in Billing. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not undo a charge already due or remove access already confirmed for the current trial or paid period.

Where a payment fails, Duesaro may limit workspace access after a short resolution period while keeping Billing and Rewards available. A percentage discount code is a single first-paid-renewal promotion: it can be applied only during an active, verified trial, is scheduled by Revolut, and returns to the normal plan price after that discounted cycle. Complimentary-time codes are separate and subject to the terms provided with the code.

5. Fair use, availability, and support

Do not use Duesaro in a way that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, harms the service, or puts other users or data at risk. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a security incident.

We aim to keep Duesaro available and make reasonable efforts to maintain it, but online services can be interrupted. Keep copies of records you must retain and report material problems through the in-app feedback page or Contact page.

6. Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Duesaro is provided on an "as available" basis and is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data caused by your own actions, or decisions you make using the service. This does not reduce any mandatory rights that apply to you.

We may update these terms for legal, security, service, or operational reasons. Material changes will be signposted before they apply where practical. Continuing to use Duesaro after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.

7. Contact and governing law

Questions, billing issues, cancellation concerns, or complaints can be sent through the Contact page or the Request Feature / Report a Problem area. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless mandatory law where you live requires otherwise.
